  • Precise location data to calculate distance to appointments
  • Professional credentials such as phlebotomy licenses and certifications
  • Photos related to service completion, including draw documentation and shipping labels
  • Equipment inventory and availability
  • Device identifiers and push notification tokens for service alerts
  • Earnings and payment information processed through our payment partner, Stripe
  • Support chat messages and communication logs

This information is used to match you with appointments, verify your qualifications, process your payouts, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Your precise location is only collected when actively using the app and is not shared with third parties.

When data is no longer needed for its original purpose and the applicable retention period has expired, we securely delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us, subject to our legal and regulatory obligations to retain certain records.
