What Lab should I select when scheduling?

You must have either a test kit or requisition form before scheduling. Select the same lab name that appears on your test kit or requisition form.

What if i don't see my Lab listed?

"If you don't see your lab listed in the dropdown menu, select "Other" and provide details about your kit or requisition form in the comment box."

Do you service my area?

When will the mobile phlebotomist contact me?

  • A mobile phlebotomist will typically contact you within 48 hours or less to confirm a time and date. If you have not heard from anyone, please contact our support team at 800-921-6933.

What is the mileage fee for?

We cover the first 25 miles of each trip complimentary of your service request. Any additional mileage is charged at the current IRS standard mileage rate.

Does my insurance cover the cost?

We do not take insurance, but we can provide a receipt that you can provide to your insurance for reimbursement.

Who will ship the sample?

The mobile phlebotomist will be responsible for dropping off the samples at the appropriate courier service or lab.

What if I do not have a kit?

You should reach out to the referring provider or lab to see when you will be receiving your kit.

Where can I receive my results?

Please contact your provider or laboratory directly for your test results as we do not have access to your results.
