TravaLab also has refund/return policy in which the patients or clients can lodge return claim or ask for a refund at any time if the services or reception they receive from the doctors are poor and dissatisfactory.
This policy covers only valid claims such as:
- Poor service from the doctor
- The client bought the medicines at expensive rates
- Did not receive a prescription after doctor’s appointment
- The overall reception from the mobile app was dissatisfactory
In case of a refund/return claim, the patient or client need to wait 3-5 business days until the QA team of TravaLab will confirm your refund / return claim. After confirmation, our team will offer the patient or client an alternative to the service or can issue a refund voucher as per their request.
